01 What you are buying

In plain words You are paying for information and for tools that help you judge it. You are not paying for profit, and we are not selling you stock.

Membership gives access to a private Discord community, a feed of product research, and a bot that answers product queries subject to daily limits. We supply research, not goods. Every buying decision is yours, made with your own money, on your own account.

Daily limits exist because the data behind each check costs us money per query. We may change those limits, and we will say so in the server before we do.

02 What we do not promise

In plain words We will never tell you what you will earn, because we have no idea what you will buy, what you will pay, or when you will sell it.

No income claims. Nothing we publish is a forecast of your earnings.
A lead is not a guarantee. Prices move, stock runs out, and other members read the same feed. The figures on a card are true at the moment it was checked and can be wrong minutes later.
We are not accountants, lawyers or financial advisers. Anything we say about company structure, VAT or tax is general information and is worth an hour with a professional before you act on it.
Selling on Amazon carries risk, including stock that does not sell, fees that change, and account action by Amazon. None of that is within our control.

03 Commission, and where it comes from

In plain words Some links pay us. It never costs you more, and we do not recommend anything we would not use ourselves.

We take part in affiliate and referral programmes. Where a link earns us a commission, the price you pay is unchanged. Programmes we use or intend to use include tools such as SellerAmp, cashback services such as TopCashback, business accounts such as Tide and Revolut, accounting software such as Xero, and retail affiliate programmes.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

We will not recommend a product we would not use, and a commission has never been the reason something appears in the feed. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

On credit products Where we mention business credit cards or borrowing, we use the provider's own approved wording and nothing of our own. We are not authorised to advise on credit and we do not.

04 Payment, renewal and cancelling

In plain words It renews monthly until you stop it. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

Membership is billed monthly in advance through Whop, who handle payment and access. We do not see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time through Whop. Your access, and your Discord role, continue until the end of the period you have already paid for and then stop. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require notice.

Founder pricing, where offered, is held for twelve months from the date you join, provided the membership remains continuous. If you cancel and rejoin later, the rate current at that time applies.

If we increase the price for existing members we will tell you at least thirty days beforehand, in the server, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

05 Refunds

In plain words Tell us it is not working for you and we will sort it out.

Because access begins immediately, you agree to the service starting straight away. If you are unhappy in your first month, contact us and we will refund that month. Beyond that, cancel and you will not be charged again.

06 What the leads are, and what you may do with them

In plain words Use them for your own business. Do not republish them, resell them, or feed them into another service.

Research in the server is for your own trading use. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape or republish it, whether free or paid, and you may not pass your access to anyone else. One membership is one person.

We may remove access, without refund of the current period, where we find deliberate redistribution. We would rather ask first, and normally will.

07 Your data

In plain words An email address, a Discord account, and whatever Whop needs to take a payment. Nothing else.

We hold your email address, your Discord username and identifier, and your membership status. Payment details are held by Whop and never reach us.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone except the services needed to run the membership, being Discord and Whop. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing help@buyboxdrops.com. Deleting it ends the membership, because the membership is the reason we hold it.

08 Behaviour in the server

In plain words Be decent. No spam, no pitching your own thing, no abuse.

The server rules are pinned and form part of these terms. Serious or repeated breaches end the membership. We will normally warn first, and there are things we will not warn about, such as abuse or harassment of another member.

09 Liability

In plain words If we get something wrong, our liability is limited to what you have paid us. We are not responsible for what happens to stock you buy.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10 Changes, and the law that applies

In plain words If we change these terms we will say so in the server rather than changing them quietly.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the server, and the date below will change. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
